Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, or unaffiliated voter - YES, you can vote for Tom!

IMPORTANT DATES

  1. Monday, June 3 – If you are a registered Republican, you can either unaffiliate or change your affiliation to Democratic on or before June 3rd. You may change your affiliation back after the election.
    You can do this at the Secretary of State’s website: govotecolorado.gov

     

  2. Wednesday, June 5 Ballots in the Mail!
     

  3. Friday, June 17 – To receive your ballot by mail, update your voter registration on or before June 17th. You can also pick up your ballot at a Vote Center beginning May 24th.
     

  4. Monday, June 18 – The deadline to mail your ballot via USPS is Monday, June 18th. Use correct postage! After that date, deliver your ballot to any Vote Center or 24-hour ballot drop box in Eagle County.
     

  5. Tuesday, June 25 – Election Day! Your ballot must be turned in no later than 7:00 pm on June 25, 2024. Postmarks do not count!

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  1. REGISTRATION:
    Be sure your voter registration address (street address where you reside) is current. You can do this at the Secretary of State’s website: govotecolorado.gov.

     

  2. DEMOCRATS:
    If you are a registered Democrat, you will receive a Democratic ballot in the mail.

     

  3. UNAFFILIATED VOTERS: 
    If you are registered as an unaffiliated voter – you will receive two ballots: one Democratic and one Republican. Be sure to vote ONLY the Democratic ballot! If you return both, neither will be counted!

     

  4. REPUBLICANS: 
    If you are a registered Republican, you can either unaffiliate or change your affiliation to Democratic on or before June 3rd. You may change your affiliation back, after the election.

     

  5. NOT REGISTERED TO VOTE?
    As long as you’ve lived in Colorado 22 days before Election Day, you can register to vote and vote right through Election Day June 25th, at any Vote Center in Eagle County.
